Minimum wage initiative tops 20,000 signatures
Any meaningful, career type employment already pays the $12-$15/hr or more. Even McDonalds pays higher than minimum after one proves themselves to be worth it.
When you raise the false bottom, you’ll just have more folks at minimum wage. It won’t raise the wages across the board.
