Go, girl!!!

'saw an old lady joggin' down the street,
she had tanks on her back and fins on her feet.
I said "hey, old lady, ain't you been told,
leave the divin' for the brave and the bold.
She said "listen here, sonny, I'm here to tell you,
I'm the one who started Scuba School.
Cuz I wanna be a scuba diver, I wanna be a Sixty-Fiver.
I wanna live a life of danger, I wanna be a Recon Ranger.
Airborne, Recon, UDT,.....

People frequently stop me complimenting my good posture. I don't lean over like most people do. My current blood pressure is 118/70 and pulse is 68. Not bad for a 68 year old! :D : It helps I'm a very active member of the Treasure Valley YMCA. These days I'm usually in the pool at 6:00 am. I'm burning ADHD energy! :-bd

Walking

The past four or so weeks I've been walking 6 miles a day. Three miles in the mornings and again after dinner as long as there are no thunderstorms. Although I enjoy walking in the rain, I draw the line with lightening. With my candy apple red walker. :D
